Iodine too.

Don't take iodine, enough is supplied from food, you'll have thyroid problems if you supplement iodine.

Don't listen to this torfag. You can take iodine, just don't go crazy. I take 12.5mg a day of iodoral myself. The people overdosing are the ones taking 50mg a day.

Wrong, too little I take nascent iodine on regular basis the 2500 mcg dose, I took many times over that by several times, cancer patients got 50 mg of ordinary iodine (not nascent I think) and they lived but that's the high therapeutic dose only so remember diff mcg and mg, so basically I take around 2.5 mg nascent so you can't compare to 12.5 mg of ordinary one, iodine destroys cancer very visibly, research and find studies with pictures.

Avoid FRUCTOSE rather !!! DO NOT DRINK FRUIT JUICES - THE MAINSTREMIZATION OF HEALTHY LIVING HAS BROUGHT IN A LOT OF NOOBS AND FRAUDSTERS - YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO VEGETABLE JUICING IF ANY, BUT NOT THE ACTUAL JUICER, BLENDER OR MIXER, YOU DO NOT WANT TO THROW AWAY THE FIBER THAT'S HALF THE POINT OF VEGETABLES.

Unless you're from the UK, since we don't supplement our food with iodine. Also take into account that if you drink fluroidated water or use fluroide toothpaste/mouthwash then you might need more iodine, considering fluroide lowers your iodine levels.
