Saline spray, use the generic stuff at CVS or Walgreens. Before bed, and right before you shower. When you shower you should start with cleaning your nasal passageways.

I have a nasal passage that does similar. Filters everything without fail. I end up shooting huge goobers when I spend a lot of time outdoors. Which is pretty much constantly.

pure saline sprays doesn't work either. I use a neti pot with salt water to clean my nose every now and then but the effect is next to none. It feels clear for some minutes then it's back to normal

I think I actually have tried once but I can't remember. I should try it again but I don't imagine they would work

what the other guy said. Strict elimination diet until you find out what's fucking with you. Start with just beef for a few weeks and slowly add other meats then veg one at a time.

Nippon has long taken nattokinase, literally anti-soy enzyme. It is extracted from fermented soy, but it is actually an enzyme produced by Bacillus natto that converts soy into digestable material. It is the cure for soyboys everywhere, whose diet incorrigibly includes soybean oil or soy fodder (soy seems to be in fucking everything now, even hamburger meat).

It's probably your diet causing constant inflamation, because you can't afford to eat sushi grade toro belly every night, so this soy enzyme will probably remedy your long standing issue. Nattokinase also has some studies showing it does the same thing a serrapeptaise, i.e. breakdown fibrin and clears mucus.

If you eat soy, (i.e. you any processed or fast food or average restuarant fare), and can't feasibly avoid it, then nattokinase is ancient Japanese secret for ==YOU.==

Thank you, I will try this.

I just ordered serrapeptase and nattokinase supplements from ebay. I got the natto from Japan and the serrapeptase from the UK. It wasn't exactly cheap so I hope they're good quality

Have you tried those nasal strips that stretch your nose?

I found two things worked

  1. Cutting crap from my diet

  2. Living near the ocean. The salt in the air clears the sinuses. I also swam in the sea every day I could.

Have you seen an ENT? There are a few things that cause that: polyps, infections, deviated septum. You might need surgery, but in your case, it might really be worth it to get some relief. I had a very similar problem as you, and it turned out my problem was all of the above. Had those polyps reduced, my sinuses drained. It made life a lot better. I'm considering having the deviated septum fixed too because I'd like things to be perfect.

Go see another one then. Did he actually scan your sinuses, or just looked with scope? If he didn't see anything, you probably don't have polyps, but you might still have an infection.

Try an elimination diet for food intolerances. Doctors don't know shit.
