I have finally finished and handed in my undergrad dissertation as of yesterday, and I am looking forward to getting back into a regular sleeping/eating/exercising routine like you would not believe. I have become even more disgusted with fats lifestyles and diets as I have been writing this, this discomfort in being so sedentary and having limited time left to chose between good sleep, good diet, or proper exercise has just been hellish, and the fact that obeasts are able to do this day in and day out takes a dedication to masochism that even the Marquis De Sade would have to respect.

I still don't understand how they physically consume so much food they gain enough weight to look like walking sea creatures though, I've been at possibly my most unhealthy stage in life and I'm still comfortably in a normal BMI, just utterly mind boggling.

Here is something that has become more relevant lately. I remember all the way back to when FPH was banned from Reddit. In one of the threads about it, there was a certain comment in particular that stuck in my brain permanently. Here it is. I still remember reading that comment and shaking my head at the ignorance. You have completely missed the point of the poem. The entire moral of it is that people like you always think you have the moral high ground until "they come" for you too. You have the poem right in front of you and are so arrogant that you are ignoring the message ... just like the guy in the poem. I was reminded again of this comment lately since Reddit's censorship has changed up another gear and since they have been sponsored by a Chinese censorship company that has started shadowbanning anyone using a VPN. The censorship is so bad that even normies are noticing. Just a little schadenfreude for me.

It's happening already. NZ banning and censoring sites in the wake of "the incident". People in the UK getting arrested for misgendering someone. People in the US calling for social media to ban certain people because they say things that hurt my feewees. It's coming.

You don't have to tell me. Australia has blanket banned Voat and I'm still fuming about it. I have had to change my DNS settings which has lead to me being unable to view Catbox and Archive links in order to dodge my internet providor's censorship even though I pay them to provide me internet. Fucking Vodaphone and the government both take my money and then treat me unjustly while spitting in my face if I complain.

Look what the honourable NZ Police did send to the Kiwifarms: The retards tried to censor a fun community.

Kiwifarms is about lolcows, not NZ-

Yep. The normie in that post went "well, I'm one of the good people, so it will never happen to me, bad things only happen to bad people." WatchPeopleDie wasn't even a right-wing sub, cringe sub, creepshot sub, etc. New Zealand authorities have not only screwed over American policemen who need that footage for active-shooter training, they've made everyone want to sympathize with the shooter. If their goal was to make me go "WTF I love mass shooters now" for the first time in my life--when beforehand I hated them because even right-wing ones act directly against furthering any good cause--they've done a damn good job. I'm going to be honestly cheering every time a New Zealand cop gets murdered now, that's how much of a misanthrope they've made me. Why shouldn't I? They only exist to tyrannize the populace and take away our freedom, they didn't even bother to shoot and kill the guy when he was gunning down his victims (meanwhile, American cops are trigger-happy about shooting a homeowner's non-threatening dog).

I remember several years ago when ReallyGheyLuxray posted on /r/socialism about socialists teaming up with capitalists against fascists. I should PM her with a link to her post, point out Facebook, Google and Reddit's censorship policies, and ask "is this what you wanted? Is getting a 400-year prison sentence because Heather Heyer had a heart attack fair? Is jailing a man for "attempted murder" when he fights back against an assailant who hit him in the head with a flashlight? Does the Constitution not apply to right-wingers? IS THIS WHAT YOU WANTED MOTHERFUCKER? DO YOU ANARCHISTS WANT A POLICE STATE? BECAUSE IT SURE LOOKS LIKE YOU LOVE HAVING A POLICE STATE THAT CRACKS DOWN ON DISSIDENTS."

It's the same shit Altemeyer warned about in The Authoritarians, whether it's left-wingers like John Roy Carlson making a big scare about "secret Nazi armies" or right-wing jingoists going on about how Chelsea Manning is a horrible traitor, Murika, etc. The more authoritarian someone is, the less I like them.

That's why I hate how Voat turned from being an offensive shitlord site in 2015 to a site where damn near everyone's an authoritarian Bible-thumper who'd be better off on /pol/ in 2018--and Kiwi Farms and Cringe Anarchy even moreso. Kiwi Farms, GenderCritical and CringeAnarchy sound exactly like Anita Bryant if you replace "homosexuals" with "troons:"

  • The same emotional "think about the children!" arguments,

  • the same "parents who let their kids be what they want are commiting child abuse, parents who abuse their kids for gender atypical behavior are good parents,"

  • the same "X don't reproduce, they recruit!"

They're similar enough that blasting David Allen Coe's "Fuck Anita Bryant" feels cathartic after reading CringeAnarchy's argument that transition is bad because dads don't like it and have a miserable look on their faces. What about Gabrielle's church-going grandparents in TransGeneration, then? Why isn't Gabrielle's grandfather miserable like that, shouldn't he have the same facial expression if transition is the controlling factor here?

It's like the time a TERF thought antifa were great, until she was on Speaker's Corner, the one spot in England you're supposed to be able to say what you like, and got punched by said antifa. Or all the nice white liberals who supported the ANC on the premise of being nice to Bantus, and then got assfucked by the ANC and got to have power outages, a weak currency, and a Thirld World-corrupt government.

What, seriously? VPN shadowbanning. Fucking hell. ... I always use VPN and use Reddit (Sue me ... there are a few good and fun places still there. ... Also even their dog is fat.)

Thanks for bringing it to my notice. I will read up on the topic.

edit It's: Schadenfreude.

I thought I got it right because the red underline disappeared. Serves me right for not double checking.

Here is a thread about the Reddit stuff.

Yeah, I still hang out sometimes on Reddit, mainly in their Assassins Creed sub and Unresolved, because I like mysteries. And Kotaku in Action, but I expect that one to be banned at any moment. Hopefully they'll come here.

I love whenever I see different versions of this poem crop up, there is always that bunch of 'holy than thou' people who try and diminish the variations by relating it to the original and saying how they 'don't equate', but that is exactly the mindset it relies on people having. Censorship in any form is a disgusting act.

Considering everything that has happened over the past 6 months, you would think people would be more attentive to pro-shadowbanning/censorship/wrongthink mentalities, but I fear we are headed for worse before it gets better. (hell the BBC has a gag order on talking about the Paris riots)

The last few months were strange. I'm no longer scared of flying, was in China and have now a sister in law.

China: We were in a city where there were nearly zero tourists there. So I got photographed and filmed far more than I like. I don't want to even know how Chinese internet famous we were. -.- There are so many fat fucks there, even the kids. -.- At least there was enough eye bleach around.

The upside is that I have now a huge pile of self-made eye bleach. So as soon I have them all together I will use them. (The thread coming in a few hours won't have any of those pictures in it.) I was in a cat coffee and took many great pictures. So cat lovers you can look forward to that. :)

edit To quote one of my favourite bands: Lately, it occurs to me. What a long strange trip it's been.

edit 2 it's here.

i decided to try this gym spa-ish thing cause i like trying weird shit and im bored.

there are two parts - first is the exercise where you are doing caliesthenics with some resistance bands in a bed. second part is like a sauna thing. it's actually fun once you get into it but since this is a strictly women gym the weight they set on those bands is like 1kg (2lbs). i had to nag and be very annoying to get them to up it to 5kg (11lbs). i still feel like an idiot lifting 5kg with my legs but okay, my arms and abs are fine with it.

they are stuck in the mindset of low weight high reps and im the weird one who lifts the heaviest. lmao.

I'm pretty sure high rep/low weight still requires there to be some actual weight though, odd that you had to push for as little as 5kg.

What is this thing actually like then, I've never heard of this sort of set training,. Is it actually usefull, or is it the sort of things people who want to seem like they are into fitness do?

short answer: they do kinda sell it to fat women who want an easy fix. yes. so i wouldnt like go and say "yes! this is totally what i recommend".

long answer: i saw this in an add online on one of those discount pages (you buy this cupon and get x service with 80% off!). i said why the hell not.

the add was worded and targeted towards middle aged women. i had several injuries (cracked spine and shoulder dislocations) and am atm waiting for my 2nd shoulder surgery. since you are on a bed for the exercise part this helps lower chances of injury.

the bed is something like a torture chamber or a very weird coffin. there are 4 straps coming out of it (with a string). google old pilates beds something like that. there is a plastic cover so they can pump hot air inside. the temp is 37c (sorry... i ll google the farenheit). temperature of the human body. and believe me, i know!! wtf?! such bullshit, right?! BUT the heat actually helps speed up your warmup.

now. you do your normal bodyweight exercise but with straps attached that provide extra resistance.

i do 3x 30 reps and i can very much see my results and i feel my stamina improved. i ve been into various types of exercise for the past 10 years and i honestly prefer this to the crossfit thingy i tried but it still isnt better than my step aerobics.

my fitness band puts it into moderate exercise category with my heart beatat an average of about 105 but i do hit all categories depending on the exercise. i made them add a rowing machine motion cause of my back injury. it hits all body parts.

anyway...im not english so sorry i needed so many words.

i’ve been sick with a cold for a couple days now and my lungs aren’t working quite so well. i have to breathe more heavily than i usually do to get enough air and it reminds me of how fats are always fucking wheezing. i can’t stand being sick for a few days, imagine how awful it must be to be fat and feel like that no matter what. no sympathy though, they did it to themselves.

I've been dealing with the same and last night could not get to sleep. I was on my back slightly propped up and thinking about how if this was my all the time and even worse how I would feel. Que further no sleep having nightmare thoughts about fats with CPAP machines like it's no big deal.
