It's true. Only the big companies: Telstra/Optus/Vodafone banned it. They also shared their information between themselves and conspired to ban sites that shared the video and even ones that did not.
As far as I know, the smaller telcos like iinet, TPG and Dodo are all not doing the censorship thing. Time to change service providers and support businesses who are on board with providing a proper service to their customers.

If I had Telstra, Optus or Vodafone as an ISP I would leave them over the ban.
They are unfortunately the only providers that do mobile networks, so we are stuck with them. TPG were planning on doing their own mobile network, they bought some of the 4G spectrum so hopefully they still will.

That is the unfortunate reality for me as well. My phone is currently my only access to internet.
