Just a single cup (470 mL) right now, but I used to drink up to three of these a day until I stopped about six months ago. I noticed dramatic personality shifts each time I had a cup...how do you feel when you drink coffee?

not paranoid but sometime anxious/nervous.

Haha no, just a Starbucks latte, and I've been having these daily for about 3 years now. After a coffee I can be like 10X more aggressive as a person, it just feels like a completely different person. On non-coffee days I'm quiet, meek, and preoccupied, and on-coffee days I'm super forward and much more assertive. Maybe everyone feels this way and its weird that I just noticed this so late?

Yes because it always gives me the shits for some reason, I just never know when they might strike.

I can only have one 8oz cup before noon. I get really anxious if I have anymore and it is really hard for me to get to sleep later in the evening if I drink caffeine after noon and absolutely no later than 2pm. I rarely drink caffeine because I believe I am somehow very sensitive to it. If your behavior is changing, chances are you don't need coffee. If you feel that you need the energy boost, try a different form of caffeine such as tea.

Yeah, same here, I can't really drink after about mid-afternoon because then I won't sleep at all. I've never really had tea on a daily basis before, might start doing that now.

After about 48 hours of not sleeping and drinking a lot of coffee, yes.

I mean, technically it is a drug, so maybe your body just reacts weird. Caffeine does cause anxiety type stuff long-term.
