You did say he could have "wiped them off (out?)" but chose not to. Presumably you meant that it would have been easy to just invade Britain.
If you already understand that it is not then you already understand why he didn't; It would have been suicidal.
I've always been of the mindset that one should never go to war with an adversary unless you have a plan to defeat them. The trouble with German war-planners is that they often had idea how to defeat the British. How can you defeat a naval superpower without a navy? Why… with u-boats? Super weapons? Air power?
What he probably should have done was just offered them a peace-deal that they couldn't refuse; France back and only minor territorial concessions in the West. Britain has always had a stupendeous advantage in being a naval superpower on an island.

No there was a point where hitler could've finished the army off but chose not to confusing some of the ss officers with his decision, hitler later explained he wanted to make peace with them.

Thinking any peace deal would work with Britain being controlled by jews during that time.

Ah, I thought you were talking about the invasion. Actually, it was quite foolish to allow their military to exist. He should have captured them, not allowed them to escape. THAT is a bargaining chip.
And yes, it was possible to make peace with Britain. Jewish control is never as complete as we like to imagine. There were many Brits who sympathized with Germany or who wanted to rid themselves of the jewish parasite. That peace proposal is from before the war started. Afterwards it got increasingly harsh.
The Poles were stupid not to negotiate with Hitler. But remember, Germany started the war. So if Hitler wanted peace, he should not have declared war. Many British leaders were willing to negotiate for peace and prosperity.
