Remember, if they can block mom they can block anyone... including you mindless shills and sheep. Don't ever think they love you and it won't happen to you. These power hungry fucks don't care about the sheep.

Leading social media companies have strong governmental ties. They are basically government in disguise. Time for everyone to get wise, and stop falling for the deep state's lies.

Actually it does because Twitter self identified, and used legislative shielding as a public forum. Which comes with responsibilities which include having set 1st Amendment protection duties.

1) http://fortune.com/2017/07/13/donald-trump-twitter-lawsuit-first-amendment-blocked-sued/

"viewpoint-based discrimination prohibited by the First Amendment. Constitution protects certain platforms of communication in order to promote, as the Supreme Court put it, “the free exchange of ideas.” In a traditional public forum, like a public street or park, or in designated public forums, which are forms designated by the government as a channel of communication for public debate, speakers can be excluded “only when the exclusion is necessary to serve a compelling state interest and the exclusion is narrowly drawn to achieve that interest.”

2) Marsh v Alabama

https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/326/501/

Any municipal ordinance that prohibited distributing religious literature in a public street clearly would violate the First Amendment. A company town does not have the same rights a private homeowner in preventing unwanted religious expression on his property. While the town is owned by a private company, it is open for use by the public and thus becomes limited by the constitutional rights of the people there, who are entitled to the freedoms of speech and religion. Conflicts between property rights and constitutional rights generally must be resolved in favor of the latter.

3)Rep Gaetz also mentions Twitter declared itself a public forum to shield it from lawsuits. They can't have it both ways. Either they are a public forum and must respect our rights or they are a private organization and open to lawsuits like when a group bullies someone into harm or libels someone Twitter is no longer immune from culpability.

4)Add this to the recent findings of discrimination by this researcher and Twitter is in trouble.

5)Truth Factory video had a great point on this... There is a law on the books that 2 or more persons collude to obstruct a 3rd's rights is illegal.
