Roll out the AstroTurf carpet for Andrew Yang. I think that the AstroTurf carpet would make a good political cartoon about Andrew Yang. Suspicious characters online have appeared who are exuberant and seem to be faking grass-roots support for Yang. He appears to be an AstroTurf campaigning to change from a name nobody knows to getting into the political discussion.

He is the new worst candidate for White people. Where east-Asian and White Americans have gotten along well, he is introducing a narrative of victimization of Asians by Whites. If his narrative takes grasp, White people shall have a new racial foe. White people then recognizing those problems shall then be used to reinforce the narrative which created the problem.

He follows an 'identity politics for everyone except whites' policy.

This video is presented by some Chinese company supporting Andrew Yang.

  • 8:58 Claims future victimhood of Asians by whites as whites become minorities. He describes himself as scared.
  • 9:52 China is going to be a boogeyman because of the insecurity and hostility of white people.
  • 10:20 "I think we're one generation away from falling into the same camps as the Jews, who were attacked in a synagogue in Pittsburgh like just a couple months ago". Artful adjacency of "camps" and "Jews" to evoke images of Nazi concentration camps.
  • 13:19 Uses common victim grievance politics language of "our turn".
  • 15:09 Paints Asians as victims of oppression in that their success is being limited.
  • 21:22 "It also has the major benefit of helping ease us through this incredible historic transition." Give money to white people who own guns and are upset by their individual economic decline due to their population decline so that they do not become violent.
  • 22:33 Front row audience member sets him up with a question about racial crimes by 'Caucasian Americans' against 'Asian Americans', which Yang acknowledges as true.
  • 23:27 Makes a positive generalization stating a trait in which Asians are superior.
  • 24:22 'Iowa is almost entirely white and therefore has almost nonexistent hostility towards other races.'
  • 29:43 "I am very pro-immigration." He misdescribes about Donald Trump's policy, describing it as wanting to keep everyone out, including legal immigrants. He is for legally admitting illegal immigrants (he uses the euphemism 'undocumented immigrants').

Because of his characterization of a cold war with China as racially motivated by insecure whites, I believe he is most likely already compromised (directly or indirectly) by the CCP. The CCP is going to have at least 1 person close to him and China's 50-Cent Army is going to be helping him out online.

Identity politics for everyone except whites:

There’s no indication that the campaign has courted that support, and when reached by The Verge, Yang unequivocally rejected it. “I denounce and disavow hatred, bigotry, racism, white nationalism, anti-Semitism and the alt-right in all its many forms. Full stop,” Yang said in a statement. “For anyone with this agenda, we do not want your support. We do not want your votes. You are not welcome in this campaign.”

It could be that the counter is correct and 1 fictitious person per minute is donating from the CCP.
