However, being worried about you ip is mostly a marketing gimmick from VPNs. If you're worried about tracking, your ip address is remarkably unimportant. There are all sorts of ways to monitor you. You spew tons of info everywhere you go. The address is just one small piece.
The issue with an IP address is it's easily correlated to your physical address even before any ISP records are used to narrow it down. Most other forms of tracking don't have that capability.

No, not really. They're dynamic. Go search for your ip address. It isn't going to give your physical address. It's part of a block assigned to a country and then an ISP and then to a region.
