For all we know it could've been back in 1864.
I put it in my docs but I think that when submitting a doc it should already be built in to select a date and genre and whether it was a trailer, mini-doc, etc. This was the problem with Reddit, the tools that can be set up within subverses and if you do something wrong it was deleted. They need to be build in now before real growth occurs. And a good search within genres and years and such.

Why are Israels nukes illegal? Correct me if I'm wrong but they didn't sign the NPT.

Why are ANY Nukes legal?
We should ban them worldwide...

They are completely unregulated. Israel does what Israel wants. I don't think Israel even officially acknowledged that they have nuclear weapons much less will allow the U.N. to inspect their nuclear facilities like they criticize the Iran deal about.

To be fair, Iran has signed the NPT, Israel hasn't. That is a reason for their current positions.

I find it extremely hypocritical of Israel to complain about the Iran nuclear deal while Israel refuses to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and refuses to allow U.N. nuclear inspectors to inspect their nuclear facilities, the same complaints that Israel has about Iran and the deal they just signed.
