you can download the book from archive .org https://ia801201.us.archive.org/23/items/1900orlastpresid00lock/1900orlastpresid00lock.pdf
Didn't see this in my download. 1st page of download was a red cover with stickers in upper left hand corner: PZ3.L813N on first sticker. Other sticker said FT MEADE GenColl. Gold oval stamp in lower left hand corner says: Library of Congress. Next 2 pages had eagles w/ shields in criss cross pattern saying The Library of Congress. Then there were five blank pages, although yellowed with age. Fourth blank page has a cursive D written in pencil in lower left corner. All of this before title page of book.
Even when my browser said the PDF was done downloading, when I view each page, and the page is white, it takes a few seconds (perhaps more for you) to load the actual page and display it in Firefox. On PDF page 9 I get the title page.
Why it takes each page a few seconds to load I don't know. It's not like my PC is from 1982. Oh, my disk is going at 100%. Fck you Windows 7.

The book ends with the dissolution of the United States. It is no coincidence that the president in this book is Bryan - meant to be William Jennings Bryan, who failed so miserably to keep the Union together. In the real world, Bryan championed the cause of Creation vs. Evolution in the Scopes Monkey Trial. He lost. This is yet another cabal dig at God, the Creator, who WILL have the last word in all matters. The cabal thinks that planting the idea of the dissolution of our union in the minds of people will make it happen. They continue to be a bunch of pathetic losers.
Lockwood also wrote the book: The Laconics of Cult. You can find it on Amazon. Tried to include the link but got a message that it was a "banned domain" and wasn't able to post. WTF?
Ingersoll Lockwood - What a weird guy.
