Anybody who knowingly supplies, distributes, exhibits or displays a restricted publication to any person who does not meet the age criteria is committing an offence. A restricted publication is objectionable if made available to a person underage, and an individual can receive up to three months imprisonment or a fine not exceeding $10,000.

Okay. I would assume kiwis still have access to pornographic Websites, which require only that you click a button to confirm that you're 18, and the Jewish pornographers who run them haven't been prosecuted by this law. So, surely, the video can be uploaded to any Website that asks you to confirm your age on the same basis. Unless of course there exists a double standard that one would have to admit to, that the distribution of the mind rot that is porn is desirable even despite this law, whereas the distribution of factual news footage is not.

If it takes NZ police 37 minutes to arrive at a mass shooting with 49 murder victims, I'm guessing it will take them on average about 500 years to respond to each case of illegal video sharing. I'd be more worried about errant sheep.

Worrying about errant sheep

Worry about the goats, their anuses are at great risk so long as Kiwiland is besieged by mudniggers.

Here's a handy form you can fill out to tip off the NZ police forces. I saw this objectionable video on CNN so I'm reporting CNN as being in violation of their law.

Also I feel their police forces regularly violate my human rights and misgender me, so I'm going to report that too. And I feel racially offended by their Prime Minister.

So even journalists can't even keep the video.

Not even political analysts.

Not even secret service agents.

I love the text.

IF YOU SEE THE VIDEO, DON'T DOWNLOAD IT.

Do these people even understand how computers work? How the video they're watching on their laptop actually got there in the first place?

well since they're explicitly stating that you shouldn't "download" it they must mean having a local copy stored on your computer not just on your screen

nah read the OP. says every time it's 'downloaded onto your screen', there is a potential for a possession offense. so if you live in NZ, simply watching the video is up to 10 years, sharing up to 14. that is the most extreme censorship in a western country ever
