well since they're explicitly stating that you shouldn't "download" it they must mean having a local copy stored on your computer not just on your screen
nah read the OP. says every time it's 'downloaded onto your screen', there is a potential for a possession offense. so if you live in NZ, simply watching the video is up to 10 years, sharing up to 14. that is the most extreme censorship in a western country ever

Here's a handy form you can fill out to tip off the NZ police forces. I saw this objectionable video on CNN so I'm reporting CNN as being in violation of their law.
