You can technically make that argument but then if that was the case, and here it wasn't, the real error is on the manufacture. They set the standard to which pilots are trained.

Regardless of the reason they are not trained properly, its still pilot error. And as a pilot if you're not comfortable flying the plane you don't get in it.

Given that I'm an aircraft mechanic and on again off again pilot myself, I can't help but strongly agree with that statement. Of course you have to realize that there is not a single properly trained pilot flying these planes in the world don't you?

So what YOU are saying that if YOU buy a Mercedes Benz and it’s brakes and engine fail and it plummets over a freeway into a coming truck, then YOU are to blame. Well, if YOU want to take the blame, I’m sure Mercedes Benz are OK by that.

No I'm not saying that at all. You are trying to put words into my statement. I'm saying the plane is fine but the pilots don't know how to fly it. Whatever the reason they don't know how to fly it, we can discuss, but the fact is they don't.
