If that is the text file name it looks like it leads to the SEC EDGAR Archives Directory Listing /Archives/edgar/data/1658966/000000000016094332

"www.secDOTgov / Archives / edgar / data / 1658966/000000000016094332" (replace DOT and spaces)

Thanks. I suspect this is not what Q was pointing to with the [3uD_hq] but I needed to see what the odd search result was about.

Looks like an SEC report with an embedded PDF doc.

I don't know why a search result pulled this up. Fig Publishing is a video game publish..ing...company... Wait, "Shall we play a game"?

Too crazy?

While this search result is a coincidence, Fig is part of the swamp. They came up during Gamergate.

Have you tried opening the block of text as a JPG? It kind of looks like what an image looks like if you change the file extension to TXT and open it. Not the entire thing. - AFTER the file name, and before “end”

Just a thought.

It's uuencoded.. there are plenty of websites that will decode it, as well as programs.. it used to be very common on newsgroups. Actually probably still is.. it's a PDF file..

Looks like it might be a base 64 mime encoding. Look up Base64 decoders, should convert the bits back into a binary.

It is not base64. It's uuencoded mail message.

I'm guessing this is nothing. But I'm real curious about what the [3uD_hq] means.
