Is this from a university? Did they give a source for this?
The reason why this has continued, is that people cuck out and not fight. I once saw a former navy seal cause a professor to almost lose his tenure, because he talked about how progressive islam was in a history class. They assumed the seal would stop, yet they did not understand the power of gibs and "hey i get disability every month by the VA, i won't be starving". They also had never dealt with an ethical psychopath before.
This was at a state university, and when he sent them a copy of the packet he was sending the state reps, they immediately caved and began unkiking the curriculum.
This was in a red state, and in red states the universities live and die at the whim of the state government. Your state government can have a tenured department, not just one professor, but an entire department fired over academic dishonesty.
There is regulation, but people never fight back. Demonstrate the counter arguments, demand their sources, and pass this onto a state rep. these marxists think that state money is the end all and the be all, yet they did not understand that the moment you take government money, is the moment that the government owns you.

Hong Kong is a good example of the results of laissez-Faire. Generally a shit place to live, with high corporate profits.

The Slaughter-House Cases was a famous US Supreme Court decision which basically gutted the meaning of the Privileges and Immunities clause of the 14th Amendment. This lack of adequate legal protection for basic rights then later gave rise to the abomination that is Substantive Due Process to make up for it. In that regard, it was one of the worst Supreme Court decisions ever.
If you really want to understand it you should look it up and do some research, though. It is a more complicated topic than I can cover quickly here for you. Plus it was long ago when I studied it, so I’d need to refresh my memory some on the particulars of the cases and the decision.

Private school is expensive. I just started this semester though mainly because my parents were so upset with the liberal bs at my old school. The teachers were going out of their way to push their agenda, and the final straw for them and other families was when they forced everyone to attend a lecture from a guy that talked for an hour about white privilege.

Stop taking a screenshot with your phone when there is a untracked screenshot option for your computer screen. What year is this?

You would be surprised how many people don't know what PrtScr does on their keyboard.
