Views on monopoly and views on constitution are very different. Courts protect speech and firearms rights all the time. It simply takes somebody to beging the process by filing. Usually you can end it in the discovery phase when the defendant party fails at producing any logical or factual basis for their argument. Imagine how this would affect all the "anti-semitism" resolutions and laws flying around the Union and State offices;

<"Please provide literary proof that 'Semite' and 'Israel' exist outside of, and before, the religious documents that they originate in."

When they fail to prove that 'Israel' and 'Semite' are not religious designations, their attacks on constitutionally protected speech comes crashing down.
