To give a better answer. It is my impression that the voter/election fraud problem is prioritized in a very specific way, to conserve resources, manage timing, and yet get max impact when needed.
For example, in the National election in 2016, the Democratic plan to steal was frustrated by disrupting the fraud in just six or seven swing states.
It does no good to attack fraud in states where you are going to lose even with an honest vote.
So in my opinion the problem will be approached in certain states, like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Florida. There is quite a bit of evidence that this is going on already.
The next priority will be for smaller states where the fraud can make a difference. For example, if you look at states like New Mexico and Arizona, it is very hard for an objective observer not to suspect the "late" and "absentee" ballots being crooked. Personally I am convinced that Sinema stole the Senate seat from McSally.
But sad to say, Arizona and New Mexico are not as important as priorities compared to Florida, Michigan, or Pennsylvania, which can swing national elections.
The really big states like New York and California, and Democratic strongholds like Massachusetts and Illionois, will be taken on when the general public is fully aware of the election crime that has been practiced, and when we are closer to the 2020 elections, and a national initiative is underway to clean up the mess.
These are my opinions, based on what I have seen.
As far as national fraud and theft in 2016...I saw plenty of evidence with my own eyes. The Democrats tried to steal the election. If you watched closely on election night, it was obvious. There was a central feed that just stopped transmitting data around 8:15. The lack of new data for about two hours was disguised, but it was still obvious, as was the delay in the vote from places like Wayne, Dade, Cuyohoga, Raleigh-Durham, and other cesspools of Democratic election crime.
The networks did not talk about "technical problems". They just kept saying the results were slow. What bullshit. Why were they slow ? Because the Democrats were frantically trying to modify the results to come up with what was needed. They were cheating like mad...and still couldn't win. And unfortunately for the country, the networks were complicit.
