Why not just a "no deal" exit? Wasn't Farage recently saying that would be the best option at this point? The UK could just leave the EU at that date and not have "the deal" done and signed.
From what I understand, it's being portrayed as "Either Brexit with a deal vs. remain", when it really should be "Brexit with a deal vs. Brexit with no deal vs. remain". So while it would be ideal to leave with a deal, you could still leave without a deal, which is probably more important that remaining.
