Best to avoid if it all possible until the hammer drops and you are proven true for the sake of family. Strife never prospers in the home.

I regret admitting maga. My husband has a good amount of integrity and to him Trumps treatment of women is not so hot. I like the fact that he is getting everything he said done! How is that lying?

Trump lies less than the rest of them but your husband is being blitzed by a media that hates Trump and insists all he does is lie. The swamp that is our government is the biggest lie going so theres that.
If you regret it best to just let it alone. Out of sight out of mind. The more its discussed the more he is likely to feel you are too devoted or even fanatical about Trump -good luck!
"Mom, are you asking because you want to learn, or because you want to argue?"
"I have no interest in arguing, because I love you, weather you agree with me or not. So I'm going to wait until you've asked me every day for a week without me saying anything. That way, if I answer, I will know its because you want to learn."
"I love you. Wanna come over for dinner with us and the kids?"

I talk about a kid in school that gets a lower grade b/c the parent writes to teacher she should stay out of politics when the content of the homework are ?'s about our former president and current. It was ridiculous bull! His response and how does that affect you? I point out it's wrong! He agrees it's wrong.
