I don't think it'll ever go down that far. There's always going to be someone who's legitimately disabled (Down Syndrome, quadriplegic etc) and requires assistance. But I have $1.00 for that person. What I don't have $1.00 for is a surly nog with a chip on its shoulder, who can't think beyond the present and has been raised to be dependent.

Oh, sure, even as a fiscal conservative, I don't think it's a good idea to eliminate welfare completely. Give it to people who have a legitimate need for it. Please, take my money. I'm not heartless.
But, simply being irresponsible isn't a legitimate need. For those people, we have abortion.
I'll say something that IS unpopular though. I'm a big fan of incentives. I think it would be cost effective to give a signup bonus to the irresponsible mother and a referral bonus to whoever drops her off at the clinic.
Imagine how many niggers would be lined up at the abortion clinic if they were being paid $1,000 to be sterilized and being paid $1,000 to encourage their trash daughter to be sterilized?
Do you want a race of Übermensch? Because that's how you get a race of Übermensch.

Project Prevention is an interesting charity that pays people who have a record of drug addiction to get sterilized, but people keep trying to put them out of business.
The woman who started it is a working-class white, so activists and the media tried to paint her as racist at first. When you dig a little, you realize she is married to a Black man who has a steady working-class job, and they took in something like 4 crack babies. They were fostering one, the mother got pregnant again. Every time the state called about another sibling, they welcomed the baby into their home to be with a stable family and its natural half-siblings. But she also just thought, "This is too much. Why doesn't someone stop her?" They were mad about these sick babies, and they wanted to stop women from making the same mistake over and over again. I think the going rate is $500ish IIRC. I used to give Project Prevention money, I'm probably on a list now LOL. But I need to start up again.
