Your body already has all the energy it needs, stored in your FUPA and back tits.

Never any middle ground. Gorge or starve, sloth or exhaustion. It says eat less, not nothing. Move more, not to the brink of exhaustion.

Basically this. Fats don't understand moderation or self-control. That's why they're fat.

'joyful movement' = splashing diarrhea over public toilets?

i like how catastrophic this is.

maybe eat less by cutting out the fucking bag of cheetos every day and move more by walking farther than from your computer to the bathroom.

“Joyful movement”, rich coming from a group that moans in pain with any movement..

Let's humour this, though. Exhaustion feels good. I push myself pretty hard during the week and there is nothing like the feeling on Friday afternoon when I ease into my couch, put my feet up, and relax. And it's not just knowing that the work is over for a couple of days, it's knowing that I successfully pushed myself to complete the week without cutting corners. You need to exhaust yourself to appreciate rest. Ironically, fats don't really know what earned rest feels like despite never doing anything but relax.

Hunger, actual hunger feels good too. Things taste amazing when you’re hungry.

Tells you how bad their condition must be that any more movement is "exhausting" and any less food is "starving".
