Basically this. Fats don't understand moderation or self-control. That's why they're fat.

Yeah once i started exercising more and eating more healthy foods, i had less energy and felt hungry all the time. Oh wait, the exact OPPOSITE happened. Maybe if these planets tried it for long enough theyd realize how nice it is not to be a fat fuck who refuses to change.

Let's humour this, though. Exhaustion feels good. I push myself pretty hard during the week and there is nothing like the feeling on Friday afternoon when I ease into my couch, put my feet up, and relax. And it's not just knowing that the work is over for a couple of days, it's knowing that I successfully pushed myself to complete the week without cutting corners. You need to exhaust yourself to appreciate rest. Ironically, fats don't really know what earned rest feels like despite never doing anything but relax.

Everything I have learned over the years about diet and exercise was wrong. These wise and well thought out words have convinced me. Right, I'm off to the gym ^^

I always love it how they think "eat less" means STARVE

Maybe I'm hyperbolizing but the idea that we must starve and exhaust ourselves
Maybe you're hyperbolizing? Maybe??
This is a common thing with fats. You tell them they should do something reasonable like "trying eating less" and they reply with "what??? you want me to starve myself?! THAT IS NOT HEALTHY!"
