RBG did this yet we still have no proof of life. I wonder who really wrote this and when the hammer is going to fall on this whole stinking charade?

"In an opinion".....by Justice RBG....can you put in an opinion in writing rather than being present? Is RBG claiming due process of the law through the 14th Amendment to not be denied "life" or her being alive questioned? There seems to be "overwhelming" proof that she is indeed very dead. Help me Anons.

Specifica Paragraph Timbs asked the Supreme Court to weigh in, and today the justices held that the Eighth Amendment’s ban on excessive fines does indeed apply to the states. In an opinion by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the court seemed to regard the basic question before it as an easy one. The justices explained that the “historical and logical case for concluding that” the ban on excessive fines applies to the states through the 14th Amendment – which bars states from depriving anyone “of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law” – is “overwhelming.”

If you TRULY believe that Gorsuch and Kav are PATRIOTS, than you MUST believe that RBG is still ALIVE. Patriots would not allow a fraudulently cast vote to decide such important case law.

And if you suggest that NG/BK are just 'playing their parts" then those aren't the type of justices we want. I.e. NOT Patriots.

Use logic. Not emotion.
