I’m 6’3”, 205. Borderline overweight, though. You’re way overweight, regardless of how much muscle you think you have.
Old guy. But I work out 5x week, eat good (not well). 50/50 cardio to lifting.
Only thing it’s good for is to manage some of the overeating. It’s not a way to manage weight.
You need to lose a bunch. PM me if you want a routine/diet.
