This guy reads them as audiobooks with commentary. They can be fairly dense though so you're pretty likely to need to go to the text at some point, but it's a good way to absorb the outline before delving into the details.
For example, in America's Decline he filled in some missing details about Roosevelt & Churchill colluding to get Poland to provoke Germany into war. David Irving talked about how Kennedy Sr leaked the details, but Oliver pointed out he was actually trying to hide it. He also showed that someone had recorded the conversations between Roosevelt & Churchill, then that person got jailed and his associate suicided by beating himself to death. Those types of things have to be followed in print, and are begging for some follow up research.
