Lots of interesting finds on this site! They track FOIA requests. Check out this example:

Techno Fog on Twitter: "I made an FOIA request to the DOJ's Civil Rights Division for emails containing "cheeto"
I'm interested in any anti-Trump communications. Cheeto is a good place to start.
They said this search would take 2,400 hours(!), costing $216,000
Seems excessive.… t.co/uYZIpYsw3J"

All FOIA request should be open to the public on a searchable database. Information could be filed in the folder with redaction as necessary. They make it that expensive ti keep the people from easily obtaining the truth. Imagine how gov workers would feel of every non classied text, email or other is openly available. True transparency and maybe they'd cut back on corruption.

It is searchable, but I think that's by topic and not necessary by content.
I have liked but and it seems that each different department has it's own different foia site. So you have to find the relevant departnent to get what you want. We need it all to be accessible from one database/web search tool
