...during the OIG’s forensic examination of FBI mobile devices that were used by the two employees, the OIG discovered a database on the mobile devices containing a plain text repository of a substantial number of text messages sent and received by those devices.

Hillary can turn anyones encryption off, and has a team of elite CIA/FBI/NSA/DIA/DARPA hackers the same used by Anita and Zoe. No wonder the NYPD freaked at Weiners laptop. He used the dark web for his cp. Hillary used her monopoly over encryption to get all her SPA files. She knows who all pedos are and can use that. And she can use the agencies to plant cp. What did Imran Awan do? Worked for the democrack whores so did Seth Rich. This all goes back to stone tear, Brennan, everything. Spying, the hacking of her server, everything. Seth got the data, gave it to WL, got spied on, got killed.

How much do you want to bet every politician cabal, deep state, swamp rat, creature, uses the TOR? Onions? The dark web or their own like that glyph messaging? Palpetine's revenge? And i'm sure the Samsung devices used by these feds had technology from North Korea and China and even South Korea on their phones and they do use a lot of dark web. So secret hidden internet and even dark web phone communications? These texts and the program were hidden in plain sight so what else is going on? HRC has the keys to all encryption since the 90s. Oh she uses dark web. Oh the government can never outright ban TOR and onions not when they're using TOR and onions. Remember the DDOS at the end of 2016 and the D.A.K? That was Hillary turning the keys and going after Assange on the D.A.K.

Doubtful. There's a very concerted effort to prevent full disclosure.

Oh boy, this is fucking big. I love the part where no one knew of this "database" that held the missing texts. Except we know Q has it all.

Nice find.

Yeah, their collection app keeping stuff in a text file that another app could easily access seems a very suspicious "accident", kind of like Hillary "accidentally" not taking any measures to secure her email server full of valuable classified info. I wonder who the app vendor is?

How do you "know" this?

Q has told us "We have it all."

The vendor who built the collection tool was ‘sloppy’ or intentionally incomplete. I would hope the phone have encryption that needs to process on the fly. This creates temp files, caches etc (dB). It should be deleted immediately upon encryption. Perhaps it did not for a reason. I wonder who the vendor is?

No such agency.
