Yes, and Rasmussen chooses who they poll and President Trump is still winning approval. Most of them overpoll democrats (like Pew).

i remember the day around August 2016 when Trump pulled ahead of Hillary

the next day Hillary was back in front and the polling company said they 'changed their methodology'

that was the day I knew Democracy hung by a very slender thread, and I started tentatively throwing my support behind Trump

Now I think he's the greatest President in a century at least
