HEATED 🔴 Rand Paul goes NUCLEAR on Republicans who Rebuke President Trump Military Exit Strategy - YouTube
[–] summerstormAK 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Yep, I'd vote for him in 2024. His ideas have been before his time, and we're finally catching up.
[–] Blacksmith21 2 points 1 point 3 points (+3|-2) ago
I used to hate him. He's grown on me.
[–] hang_em_high 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
Why did you hate him? It seems like a lot of people do for some reason. He's one of the only few in Congress that make any sense to me.
[–] Blacksmith21 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Maybe "hate" is too strong of a word. I didn't care for him much. I think it was some of the taint of his father, who is a bit of a kook. HE always seemed to "run against the grain" and the party line. Things in the world have changed now. And Paul seems to have been on the right side of the issues. I think Paul is one of the more, if not most woke Member of Congress these days.

lol.. Israel still exists. The CIA still exists. The politicians who orchestrated it still exist. His statements are false.
If you can't distinguish all of the bullshit that he's spewing you're either a troll, new to the internet (as far as this style of news and information), watch a lot of TV, or a miserable troll.
If only I could remember all the "truths" Trump "throwed down" prior to being elected...

That’s a neat little troll trick you just pulled off, how you managed to work in ‘Trump’s truths prior to being elected...’. Nonetheless, since you’re having trouble remembering, I’d like to help. Now I realize you are a highly trained, veteran sleuth of the internet, while I am merely a newcomer to this ‘platform’ you might say, but I think I found a website that is dedicated to those Trump truths you were having trouble remembering. Here you go...https://www.promiseskept.com/.
In addition...the C_A, Israel, corrupt politicians, etc...I don’t disagree with you, but do you really expect him, on the senate floor, in addition to being on TV, to stand there and start pointing fingers like THAT? That’s asinine to even suggest. He may as well get up there and say the earth is flat.

How is it a "neat little troll trick" to point out that all boliticians pullshit their asses off to get into office, and not, say, a matter of historical fact?
Thanks for the link. You know how old age is? I've been handed lists before that the person who gave them to me never read through of hundreds (pushing thousands, frankly) of "accomplishments" Trump has "followed through" on, then randomly selected a handful of items and citations, and they wound up being absolute garbage. Fortunately those were in a nice list format, not an awkward UI. This is a bit difficult to read. Maybe there's a list somewhere else.
The great thing about being a candidate and by nature an ambiguous twat and saying "i'm going to doing this and i'm going to do it great and it's going to be so great that it's going to be greater than anyone that's ever done it before! you'll love it and it's going to be fabulous you'll be so happy.. you really just can't wait" is that you're doing just that: being vague. In most cases unless grilled by reporters or at debate politicians don't outline the specifics as to what they're going to do and how ("I'm going to support women. The economy! Job growth by bringing jobs back to America! I'm going to support American workers better than anyone else. Better taxes! Fairer taxes! You'll get a better deal" --the hell does that last one (much less any of that) even mean? Fortunately at his rallies he talked himself up a storm and made a long list of very specific statements. Some of them I'm sure he's followed through with to some extent, some he hasn't, some completely failed at, and some he's half-assed (failed). It was obvious that was going to happen because he said whatever he felt he had to say to whatever crowd he was talking to, wherever he was.
I'm not concerned with a promise made in "Trucksadazee, OK" to a random group of fingernail miniature figurine carvers that he would add 50 jobs to their town's burgeoning cottage industry, I'm concerned with the core campaign promises and the themes found throughout his entire run and wherever he was, regardless. Those were: draining the swamp, hillary in prison, the wall, ending foreign entanglements, fixing the economy, ending foreign aid, sending tacos home, and a handful of other key issues he maintained consistency with throughout his campaign regardless of where he was.
Those and other similar things are his major platform issues, and the major things he needs to be held accountable for.

I didnt hear him say who really did 911.
[–] Lynnwiod 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Exactly. The first 2-3 minutes was him parroting the false narrative of 9/11: that there was no one responsible for 9/11 that was not locked up, that bin laden did it, and more — ALL FALSEHOODS.
