Maybe it derives from the thought that they believe Ancient Greeks valued heavier women. (More fat equated to more money). So they probably assumed that the gods and goddesses had to be well-fed too. Not the case though, many, if not all, gods and goddesses were extremely athletic. Artemis was the Goddess of Hunting, if I remember correctly. And I've seem statues of Aphrodite baring a six-pack. So the bottom line is they're just delusional.

Any man who must say "I am the king" is no true king.

They have to compliment themselves because no one else is.

Have you seen where some places call plus size goddess size now? My girlfriend points it out to me when she sees it because she can't stand it.

That is disgusting and yet another thing reinforcing these terrible people's terrible lifestyles. What has to happen before we see hippo and whale as the larger sizes?

I saw one store where the two largest sizes were goddess and warrior. I am trained to fight in sca tournaments, with armor that weighs almost as much as me, and my size was "pixie" . Needless to say I bought something from them and made the comment about the larger sizes. "I don't think anyone that large would be fighting"

If I had my own clothing brand, I'd make mine true to size, and they would be as follows:

  • True XS: Pixie

  • True S: Disney Princess

  • True M: Goddess

  • True L: Amazon Woman

  • True XL: Big Momma

  • XXL+ (Yes, I'll make sizes larger than XL, but they'll look hideous): Wide Load (2X), Wider Load (3X), Widest Load (4X)
