I'm right there with you tho man. 30 and trying to get competitive again in MMA. Cardio just aint what it used to be. I would suggest trying a vascular dilator. I use them as when working out and they do wonders for stamina.

Try kundalini yoga. It will fix your breathing right up and is really good pairings with martial arts.

Well after being my first day the coach asked if I was interesting in fighting matches so I guess I am not that far off. However just want it for the discipline.

Yeah, I used to run a bout 10 kilometers every 2 days, now running 100 mts gets me XD
