Hi, thanks for coming for the interview…so looking at your resume, it says your last job was at buzzfeed? Doing backend work or…?
Actually was on the journalism side, but since then I've transitioned over to coding…
….ahh I see, well….we normally require at least 3 years of industry experience.
Look, I'm not going to bullshit you. I know your time is valuable. I can code. I write sleek performant low-overhead rust code with higher order functions that will run on anything. Period. End of sentence.
Because when they are labeled as 'qualified' for a position it's that much easier to continue pushing for the diversity hires. Even though the demise of all programming companies is outsourcing to indian companies under the guise of cutting costs, which is manager speak for who gives a shit about quality when the users are our product not our customers.
Because the whole thing of
we don't have enough coders!
was a scam the entire time. There were always plenty of coders. But they cost too much money. So they got together and said that they needed more coders and there wasn't enough in the market. Resorting to niggers and women coding is a last resort that they knew wouldn't work, so they could throw their hands up and go
we don't have enough coders!
we tried to teach more people how to code!
it didn't work!
can we use Pajeets now?!
Whole thing is large software companies making an excuse to justify them outsourcing. They'd be in trouble if they turned around and told Americans to fuck off because they can find someone cheaper in India. But they make it look like there's no other choice because not enough people can code. It's exactly why you see all this bullshit about how we need more coders, and then you graduate from college with a computer science degree and you end up at an IT job because no one will give you a coding job because you don't have enough experience. It was all a scam, notice how once they finally get their shit outsourced the whole "teach a monkey and a broad to code" programs all disappear or get tuned down.
possibly, but the pajeet angle backfired.
I've personally been involved in 2 cases in the last 5 yrs of companies completely reversing course and onshoring all their work again, including hiring whites.
Pajeets cant code. They cut and paste together solutions from stackoverflow and github into unsupportable frankenstein monstrosities. They are the programming equivalents of click-farms
Eh, this is shitty reasoning. Software engineers who are actually talented might never go out of business but unskilled coders/debuggers will be outsourced if they are replaced with AI first. If you are an AI programmer/engineer/researcher you'll never be replaced and your talents will always be needed. If you get a PHD or Masters you're pretty much set for life and probably can get in the top 1% of income.
There is this idea that since computers have become such a big part of our lives, it is advantageous to have some level of competency beyond the bare basics of use.
Just knowing the basics of scripting (bash, powershell) would have many office drones multiply their productivity. Everyone using a computer having an idea of how an operating system and a virus works would see data breaches and so on plummet.
Since we got so many codeautists here, let's say you're making an app that can help our little community, how exactly do I show it off when done without being called glow in the dark CIA nigger and getting saged into hell ?
If I were you I'd go for Python for basic concepts of OOP, let's say go for tutorial of how to make simple gui calculator to check out basics. Once you're familiar with how objects, methods, classes and other shit, you might get down to C, which is much harder to understand but gives you significantly more control.
Is there a non-shit GUI designer for Python? I'd hate to shill microcuck but their Windows Forms designer on Visual Studio is good.
Theres also an open source IDE thats similar to it but its support has declined after shekelsoft made their own open source version of VS. It still werks decently.
Also I really dislike python. Fuck python. Its only good for shitscripting.
code academy is good for start, learn basic concepts of your chosen language, then move on to setting yourself challenges.
pic related is similar to what I did to learn, remember that you're not supposed to know everything. When it comes to coding,at all times you will have internet, and you have to learn to use this as your resource.

This is why jews love capitalism. Somebody invents a better mousetrap and tens of thousands of people now have to sell their kids to jews. That reporter looks she has kids who can bring in good profits.
