I think I finally got it, but it really took a lot of stretching to fit it to their specific narrative (of course).

Gender is crucial, notice this is a guy. The nasty government is going to operate on his body, against his consent. They're doing it for the best of a child that doesn't quite exist, because they guy will never see that kid anyway. So, I think it's saying, his body his choice, not the governments. Therefore he is like a massively unaware of other people's plights, and it could only happen to him as a dream.

Maybe I would have empathy with women who want to freely get abortions if I myself was fathering bastard children all over the place? Seems like a really entitled point to make. In order to empathize with these disgusting thots, you have to first adapt their values (letting random dudes pump semen into them weekly). Then, and only then, do they have a point.

But then he's marching Pro Life. So that doesn't make sense.

Abortion saved him from a nightmare, yet he's lobbying against abortion.

It's nonsense because even in the nightmare he's not aware he had a son, meaning the woman would have been responsible for having the child without his input; and maybe had he known of the child he'd have raised it.
