yes I think that's the main reason why all this research with printed electronics on graphene layer is not so fruitful yet.. When inhaled, this could be damaging as asbestos particles are, and when entering body I don't think all risks can be even predicted.. obvious is chronic inflammation, probably could react with cell membranes,-- and once inside a living cell, they would interact with cellular processes... not to mention all the environmental risk.
