Yes that's what it means, however, today's Conservatives haven't done any of that and have behaved like globalists on every. Single. Issue. Which is why it would be wise for you to not identify with that movement because it's been destroyed and co-opted.

For the same reason that nobody calls their son Adolf, because of past failures associated with the name, Conservatism has failed. Nationalism has never failed and is a better rhetorical brand, stick with that.
