In spez's ama, he explicitly stated that the non copyrighted content only applied to stuff hosted on the website. So links to pictures & illegal streams, no problem. But links to torrents, no dice (because magic hand waving).

None whatsoever. I can tell you for a fact that among the many abridged series channels out there absolutely none of them have received multiple takedown requests from Japanese companies who believe they're infringing on their copyright with a parody work. Absolutely none at all. /s
