Finding that it exists? Sure. Breaking it? No I don't think so.
Now if it's another piece of software running on the machine (software level hacks) then you're screwed anyway. It's not an antivirus solution, it's a 'hey they took my laptop and made an image of it' protection.
Secondarily you can even setup more than one encrypted OS, a 'clean' version and a 'dirty' version that use different passwords for plausible deniability.
