The evidence out there now, I don't believe will stand up in court. So even if this passes you'll still need to prove in court that its happening and discovery works differently with computer code than it does traditional evidence.

There needs to be a "plan B" in the pipeline; a more severe fallback measure to consider in case this one fails. Something along the lines of asset forfeiture and nationalization of all monopoly media as public utilities.

Otherwise, you're right - this is an empty gesture.

Why didn't the republican majority house pass it in 2017 or 2018?
