I made a comment about it earlier. started in 2010 made about several purchases maybe spent $500 over that time. then havent bought anything since as I don't need anything.
1 blade will easily last me a month.
now you figure $20 to 30 pack of cartridges every month over that time plus canned cream that barely lasts any amount of time. thats around $3k over that course of time. on cartridges where I've spent maybe $500 since I started.

only trim it with scissors sometimes to get the shape right, and you slowly become a mountain man.

get one of these first, to practice with: https://imgoat.com/uploads/1fefc0e570/186468.jpg Look through my comment history, it's pretty much all about straight razors, as that's the last thread I was in, if you want to know more. Can't be bothered to type it all up again. :p

I use Bic disposables. Always have been cheaper than Gillette. I did the math once and the cost savings on going with safety razor was negligible too. But then I don't shave very often.

Are you trying to tell me you think Bic is better than Gillette? That somehow bic just isn't run by probably the exact same jews as Gillette? I looked it up and wikipedia says he isn't a jew, but you don't get to be as big as bic without a ton of jew influence and I am sure some other voater is going to go deeper than I did to prove it.

I'd say they're at least marginally better for a few reasons. 1) I too looked them up and the company is something like 65% still family owned and controlled; 2) As far as I can tell the family aren't Jews; 3) I know absolutely nothing about their political leanings because (again, as far as I can tell) they don't advertise them. As long as they keep it that way I have no reason to stop buying their products; 4) They make a product I find to be of acceptable quality and price.
If any other goat out there wants to bring me evidence of jewery or other fuckery going on with the company I'm more than willing to listen. I'm just not much of a researcher myself.

I don't get the super cheap ones. These are the ones I get. I only shave once a week (twice if there's a special occasion) and then I'm just trimming my neck and cheeks so one pack lasts for so long I can't remember when I bought the last one.

Hair clippers + electric razor. They'll last you 20 years. Buy Japanese brands for extra non-PC value.
