Is there a way of getting that aluminium out of the body?

Broken cell wall chorella. Also removes mercury.

Combine with cilantro for bonus effect.

Nature is kind with providing us effective antidotes to the modern toxins.

Thanks for that, I am trying to get rid of this hypothyroid and want to try different things to fix it.

Went to dentist last year to get all my mercury fillings removed and I HOPE that there isn't any left behind because these fillings are the biggest source of mercury because once they are in, no one is going to let you know about the harm that they are doing unless you find out yourself.

I will never forgive these people for the damage they're doing.

The is a process called chealation. It can be done slowly via the ALA protocol, which can take years, or iv though iv comes with risk of death.

Look into taking boron and iodine.

The theory with boron is that it helps the body move minerals around more effectively. It is linked to supporting the function of the parathyroid gland. It is also linked to demineralization of body tissues.

Also stop using aluminum containing deodorant. There are aluminum-free alternatives.

Of course, your mileage may vary.

Some suggest taking food grade diatomaceous earth as a supplement. The dust is a serious lung hazard, though. Care must be taken.

I am already avoiding deodorant because about 20 years ago my ma went on about the aluminium in them but because I was young I paid no attention, until I started getting into being healthy after getting a plumpy stomach.

Looking to get rid of it I slowly started following some advice from her, which also got me into wanting to be healthy eventually. So now I use baking soda for deodorant and use it for toothpaste along with pink salt and hydrogen peroxide.

Best way to avoid deodorant? Stop eating cheese, its what makes your pits stinky.
