It's just such an odd way he's suddenly using the word peaches that it catches my ear. Of all the other names for a wall (barrier, fence, etc.) why "peaches"? Also the phrase is "hunky-dory" but he says "peachy-dory". Could this be a reference to Georgia or George (the Peach State) or something?
I also looked up "Peaches" and this is a link to a creepy singer named Peaches who has an album named "FatherF**ker", and signed to Kitty-Yo Label which, given everything we know gives me pause.
