Such a fucking red herring. The "conspiracy" isn't that fluoridated water doesn't prevent cavities more than un-fluoridated. It's that the marginal cavity prevention effects are an excuse to medicate hundreds of millions with what is essentially a neurotoxin.
Le narwhal army is happy to see that fluoride does indeed prevent cavities and declare victory without any further thought. It's the most Reddit thing ever.
