I'm not saying I trust Roberts but don't rely on Politico's article alone. It is essentially click bait. Here is one that is much more factual and has material to back the content.
SCOTUS might hear a secret case about a grand jury subpoena
The Politico article does not convey anything but the reporter's opinion wrapped with teed-bits from the stay and reference to underlying case. There is a potential SCOUTS level issue relating to Law and Grand Jury (US Court) jurisdiction against a foreign government. Roberts is in charge of the 10th District Court and although it is true that SCOTUS can chose not to hear a case, the foreign company (owned by foreign state) filed a sealed appeal to SCOUTS citing passed law. The Politico article is written to leave reader with impression and little else.

It's not one of the 5-eyes. It's Russia.
And no, Roberts is not to be trusted. Nor is Mueller, but it is still possible he's flipped.
Thinking how much the country has slid towards moral depravity under his supreme court leadership.. Hmm ... A tree shall be judged by its fruit... I wouldnt want to be him the day he faces the true judge of the universe... His sentence will not be overturned by a crooked side deal...
It just feels like part of the plan. Like something big is going to come out of this at just the right time, that the normies/dims will have to accept because it’s coming from Muller and (Obamacare) Roberts, and it removes POTUS from any participation. The shutdown is so everyone is available for the roundup, if necessary, or out of the way - with no interference with what needs to happen. I don’t think it’s a matter of whether or not we can trust them - Q is in control! They are never not in control - and timing is everything! It will be determined in the future if Roberts is a bad player or not - same with Muller. They are all just parts of the movie and I love watching it play out! Thank you and Happy New Year Q Team!
