Even if one is never acknowledged by "rank" or "position" as a leader, we STILL must do the moral and ethical "right" thing. Even if no overt acknowledgement, one's example WILL have influence. To neither seek nor desire it, in time one may acquire it. We are not here to be served, but to serve. That mindset in itself will make you stand out. These days it is downright countercultural. Glad to be part of the counterculture. Godspeed!

Leadership is a complicated quality. It requires courage, determination, endurance, an optimistic attitude, self-confidence, daring -- but at the end of the day, it's a mystery. No one really knows why some men are born with something that makes other men look up to them and follow their lead. It's a gift from God. A few have it, most don't have it, and the few that have it often waste it on trivial matters. The great leaders are moral men with a code by which they live.

Let's remember to distinguish between your opinion and what is 'right'?
Why not admit you've no way of knowing, and no way of proving it either...
Are you really saying that if something is your opinion, then it must logically be right ?
