She must have been even fatter than the pic on the left, judging by the skin on her belly.

I wouldn’t try to forget the heavier version of yourself completely. That person still had value and worth. And whatever set you on that path has now led you to today. I am proud of you for making such progress, and think you should try to love all versions of yourself.
Yeah, great value as a warning of what happens when you allow self hate to overcome you. But thanks for the reminder that the crab bucket will always be there, ready to drag someone back in, because that is all that commenter is really saying.

If you're going to take a mirror selfie clean the damn mirror, yikes

She looks like she could stand to lose at least another 10 lbs (yes although shes at a healthy weight already) and start lifting asap. What bugs me is former fats who lose the weight but do nothing to continue to build a better physical form. They're usually the ones to regain it all back.
Also, the nasty bitch has bird shit on her mirror.

She commented that she started out at 235 lbs. she’s 5’3!! (107 K and 160 cm, so 41 BMI)

A BMI of 40 is the cutoff point to be classified as 'Morbidly Obese'. It looks like a smallfat here, but I think it's because I've been on FPH so long and seen creatures much bigger than this girl that it distorted my sense of what is just 'somewhat fat' and 'really fat'.
[–] NancyAndrew 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
Right. The picture shows her at 195 lbs, 34 BMI. Later in the comments, she says she started at 235 but has no underwear pics at that weight. Thanks be.

It's almost as if your choices have consequences.
"It's not fair that I have hep and need a new liver...I gave up my rampant drug abuse."
"It's not fair that I'm a herpes infested HIVer...I haven't whored around in years."
"It's not fair that I still look repulsive...I no longer eat enough to feed the entirety of the Chicago Bears defensive line on a daily basis."
Guess you should have thought about the consequences of your actions before you did them and not after you fucked your life up permanent.

I mean, at least she isn't sitting there whining that it's not fair that she's covered in loose skin (at least, not in any comments I saw). Actions have consequences, especially actions over a long period of time, and she's stuck with them, whether she pays thousands of dollars for the skin removal and such that could be spent on plenty of other things AND has to see the scars every day, or she doesn't and has to live with seeing the skin every day.

This attitude is why they get fat in the first place. She has now achieved the bare minimum and is complaining that everything isn't peaches and roses. She genuinely doesn't understand that there are no rewards for just being normal. She has never tried in her life and is now disappointed that nothing happened after she tried a little.
