Interesting read. I feel like information warfare is not just for state sponsored bodies or military anymore. Anyone can get involved and if they are good enough at what they do, a single person can have a huge impact on the narrative of the day. Alt-media is more powerful than ever before, and it's amazing to see how information spreads across platforms and disseminates into the online conversation, triggering a shift in perceived popular opinion about a certain subject.

One note about neural networks / AI systems is to be careful how they trained.

An anecdote; an ai used to determine animal species would often confuse Huskies with wolves. What was the distinction? If there was snow in the background it was a wolf, otherwise husky.

Just saying that as neural networks go, it's also important to validate results.... a bigger issue with life and death decisions vs dog or wolf.
