Not only don’t you need it, you should actively avoid it. Takes about a year to clear the mind of its corruption and influence

Once you start finding & vetting the news yourself it is impossible to go back & read/listen to anything MSM (Fox included). About the only thing I use those for is to see what is trending (with them). That is educational as you will often see a total non-story plastered across all MSM outlets with no mention at all of others with real national importance. They really are all lying fucks.

This^. I get impatient with FOX even when I am watching just Hannity or Tucker Carlson. Haven't watched the regular news programs on FOX for years. It's not news. There's a reason they call it network "programming."

I totally agree. If they actually reported the truth as it should be they could be useful. Those days are gone now, the public will never be able to trust the MSM ever again. They have screwed themselves out of a job and purpose with their own hands. They started spewing forth pollution and after years of it the people are waking up. Thanks to DJT he has exposed it at a level that history has never seen before.

Facts and truth are different, one is a belief. They've been trying to blur that line for some time now

Actually, I rethought it and, I guess we do need news, since not everyone can know about every Twitter account. But not MSM. As I said, people who don't understand why Trump is great for American generally get their info second hand, but they watch edited videos instead of raw footage of the POTUS and many other things. People should teach each other to pay attention to local info as well. Thanks for reading and God bless Trump! WWG1WGA

The healthiest, most successful, people I knew grew up in homes without TVs. No, we don't need the poison.

I have always been a news junkie. Newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, you name it. But ever since Obama made my blood pressure go up with his anti-American rhetoric and the big push for Fake News, I have been very careful as to my news sources. Now, I research and sort through numerous online sites from here at home and around the world. The real news is out there, you just have to do your due diligence to find it. I used to be a Drudge-aholic but no more. That site has been infected with huge doses of left wing ideology. The old saying is very true, you get what you pay for. In the case of real news, pay for it with time and effort, it will be worth it.

Drudge was my go-to until ~early last year. Started reading it a month or so of it going online (1995?), my first stop every day. Yet here were the top headlines resembling Huffington Post. Started digging and discover Drudge does very little of the daily aggregating now, that's turned over to his millenial BF. And there it is, Drudge no longer worthwhile just narrative supporting like the rest.

Not sad, he sold out. We have Whatfinger. Much better than Drudge and run by ex-military. None of the social fluff that Drudge seems to love.

I like, and agree with your post. Drudge Report site - cabal use it to send messages to each other.

Just your opinion, if I may request your thoughts on the website www.whatdoesitmean.com?

Some people say it's a disinfo site, but I've read some of it's post, and it seems like a legit site. Has its sources, more than other sites. I just want your view of what you think of this website.

I think it has value myself (from my limited reading of it). When I gave an example of why it's worth reading in another post, I got down voted with no good reasons. When people down vote perfectly sensible comments, I always suspect they have ulterior motives that are not in the best interest of the patriots. That said, I cannot comment definitively on the whatdoesitmeansite. I'm just saying that it seems to be unfairly attacked without decent examples - which makes me even more interested in its content.

Bingo. Media outlets are all co-opted establishment filters of reality... Filtered to suite the current narrative needs.

"The News". What is it good for? Absolutely nothing. The news has never enriched your life, not even once. All it ever did, all it will ever do, is cause you fear, uncertainty and doubt.

You do not need to know what is going on in the middle east, and even if you did need to know, why would you get it from "The News"?

it's not like you can double check anything. "The News" could be feeding you fictional story after fictional story, calling it real, and you'd never know any better.

Switch it off, focus on your family, your friends, your neighbors. Fuck "The News", you DON'T need it.

Yes but as I said in my OP, the real issue is people listening to the MSM figure heads and not looking for themselves. They take C-SPANs opinion on POTUS speaking instead of listening to Trump himself. With the internet we can communicate with Trump directly.

God bless.

The newspapers and even TV news have been bankrupt for many years except for the money paid by those parties who want to use propaganda and to control the "narrative." Remember when Newsweek sold for a dollar? Washington Post has not been profitable so what's his name bought it and it is a propaganda outlet for the CIA/CFR/deep state. Otherwise, they'd have to close their doors and they don't even employ journalists anymore. I remember where I used to live and the big Newspaper was Gannett owned. There was a huge incident outside of where I worked and it was on the main street of that city so I called the newspaper to tell them about the incident. They told me they didn't employ journalists any more and bought stories off the wire like AP for example. So then I called all three network television stations and was told the same thing. No journalists. So I found the number for AP and called them and they told me they didn't respond to events or stories any longer unless they were scheduled in advance. So this means, only stories that have been planned in advance by an agent and orchestrated (propaganda) is the only thing reported on.
