NOT THE NUCLEAR OPTION" which would require changing Senate rules. The actions outlined in this BRILLIANT ARTICLE ulilize existing Senate rules. The only thing needed is for the Senate GOP's balls to drop! READ THE ARTICLE

Trump and Q has said many times look at the Military and the Budget it's been the plan all along or a safe guard that was put in place, contingency plan. Even with the shutdown there is still Military on the Border. All I can say is this, it's been well planned out and that does not mean everything works out the we expect.
