It's very very VERY convenient that this video comes out during the Christmas season. Not in August or March. A week before Christmas. Imagine that.

Don't Know Nothing about Glitter Bombs, but I know about Exploding Dye Packets Banks Use, Had 4 Different Wrapped Christmas Packages Stolen from my unlocked car in Walmart Parking Lots Last Year. My Evil Minded Friend and Me Watched Packets Explode and Made Blue Smurfs Out of The Thieves Hilarious Laughter for a Week. # Only Had 1 Bright Skinned Red Coated Thief so Far This Year.

Something explosive enough that it takes their hand off would be great. Bonus points if the package was designed in a way that made it look like they were a bumbling bomber who got hit by their own bomb.
What makes that dye pack even better is the thought that they'd have to buy a new coat for $50-100, on top of giving up their grandma's car.

Probably is.
At least they went for realism by getting the majority of thieves to be black.

Okay, the map is real, but there's no house that resembles stolen-package-house on that street.
Okay, near the end it turns out he admits to the fakery.

I agree, obviously fake. Just look at super genius inventor's workbench pegboard: A huge rubber mallet, some pliers, a fancy set of box wrenches, and 20 kinds of duct tape! Every guy who builds equipment for extra-terrestrial exploration needs those and an expensive haircut.

He designed a part on a rover, he didn't fabricate it.

I was suspicious the second I heard NASA, they are master propagandists and you should not trust a damn thing they say. I was obsessed with curiosity when it was happening, during testing they couldn't even get the sky crane to function properly and blamed it on its design for Mar's weaker gravity. Now I'm sure it was all bullshit, if there is a rover there, it didn't get there they way they claim.

Doesn't matter what he says he did, his workbench has a dozen rolls of duct tape on hooks and a monkey wrench and some sockets. Looks like something a set designer who never actually did anything would design. And there's the hair.
